Welcome Raquel, Our New Front Desk Coordinator

We’re delighted to welcome Raquel Conte to the Clearwater Free Clinic team as our new Front Desk Coordinator. Raquel officially joined us on Wednesday, June 18, and we know you’ll quickly come to appreciate her warmth, professionalism, and deep dedication to community care.

Raquel brings with her over 30 years of experience across medical office management, hospitality, event coordination, customer service, and sales. She’s a seasoned professional with a gift for creating welcoming, organized environments and keeping operations running smoothly—something we know our patients and volunteers will benefit from every day.

Raquel is no stranger to Pinellas County. In fact, she’s called it home since the age of two and still lives in the family home built in 1978. Her long-standing connection to the area speaks volumes about her commitment to the community we serve.

In addition to her impressive professional background, Raquel is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and support even more of our patients with compassion and ease. Her empathetic approach, strong communication skills, and natural leadership style align beautifully with the culture of care and volunteerism that defines the Clearwater Free Clinic.
